Our award winning client has a need for a Change Management Analyst to undertake a hands-on role in leading the support of live systems and management of change. You will be responsible for timely and quality provision of new change assessment, live systems support, and associated services to the business.
Your involvement will include assessment and prioritisation of business issues, business changes and documenting and discussing potential solutions, liaison with both internal and external stakeholders, regular progress reporting and managing issues/changes to successful conclusion.
You will be required to work flexibly in a small, multi-skilled team and ensure the delivery of a varied workload in an environment which is vibrant and agile.
- Experience of supporting systems, including assessment and prioritisation of issues
- An ability to assess the impact of change, in both local application and enterprise environments;
- Coordinating the delivery of fixes and changes to a successful conclusion;
- An ability to negotiate and liaise with stakeholders at all levels within organisations;
- Experience of analysing data, data sources and delivering structured data report specifications
- Excellent oral and written communications skills to interact at all levels within the Business
