IT Service Management Analyst

Superb opportunity for an IT Service Management Analyst to own the ITSM! As IT Service Management Analyst, you will get the chance to:

  • Develop the ITSM tool and manage the roadmap for the product
  • Develop and maintain the ITSM dashboards
  • Own the Problem Management process

A proven track record within Service Management is essential. We’re looking for a tenacious person who lives and breathes service management who can take responsibility for the development of the Service Management tool and the problem management process therefore previous experience gained within an ITIL environment is essential.

Experience should include the administration of an ITSM tool such as Cherwell, Remedy, LanDesk, ServiceNow and incorporate developing and maintaining dashboards, managing upgrades to the tool and producing MI using the ITSM.

There is also a strong Problem Manager element required for the role. The ideal person will have a good understanding of the problem management process as well as be able to assist in the management of Major Incidents.

Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, this role will also offer the chance to assist with business continuity strategy and disaster recovery.

 Company benefits include a bonus of up to 20%, 35-hour basic working week, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays which increases with length of service, 5% contributory pension and 3 x basic salary death in service.

This position is commutable via the M6 motorway and places such as Wolverhampton, Cannock, Stafford, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Telford, Dudley, West Bromwich, Shrewsbury, Walsall, Stourbridge and much of Birmingham and the West Midlands.
